Ms. Sayuri Miwa is working to address the apparel industry’s issues of mass consumption and waste. Guided by the concept of ‘creating a cycle rather than just selling clothes,’ she launched a pop-up shop operating on a reservation-only ticket system, where customers bring in three garments they no longer wear and take home three others from the store’s selection of pre-owned clothing.
